2016 Preservation Awards - Historic KC

Last night was an inspiring evening at the Historic Kansas City Awards, honoring several significant local projects. Our Simmons Senior Apartments project received a Preservation Award in the "Community Catalyst Category" for its contribution to the reinvestment in and revitalization of a historic neighborhood. The restoration and renovation converted a funeral home and a railroad YMCA to 18 affordable senior housing units. Our team included ANDA (Argentine Neighborhood Development Association), Newmark Grubb Zimmer, and A.L. Huber.
