Erin Flaherty

AIA, NCARB

Focus Leader

Erin is a detail-oriented architect with a knack for problem-solving and a deep passion for K–12 design. While her experience spans new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse across various sectors, she finds the most meaning in designing K-12 schools that strengthen communities and inspire future generations. As a leader, Erin brings a steady, collaborative approach to every phase of a project. She thrives during Construction Administration, where real-time challenges bring designs to life, and is equally energized by the early stages of planning and visioning. Known for her clear communication and team-first mindset, Erin builds strong, trust-based relationships with clients, consultants, and teams—ensuring that every voice is heard and that project goals remain front and center. With a focus on both creative vision and practical constraints, she consistently delivers thoughtful, high-performing spaces that reflect stakeholder priorities and stay on budget.

on a personal note...

After graduating from Rockhurst University, Erin spent 12-years in Boston to chase her dream of becoming an architect—before making her way back to the Midwest to raise her family with a good dose of those midwestern values. These days, her free time is filled with nonstop action thanks to her three spirited boys. Whether they’re running around outside, building imaginative worlds indoors, headed to one of their sports events to cheer, or just causing general chaos (the fun kind), Erin’s happiest when she’s in the middle of it all.
