Carolina Nanez

Other than currently being enrolled in the Master of Architecture program at KU, Carolina received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture at KU. Carolina studied the functionality of space and human centered design principles. That has led her to be interested in urban planning and the function of cities as she furthers her education. Outside of class, Carolina works as a student ambassador for the Architecture and Design School at KU. This has given her the opportunity to educate future students about the program and provide them with resources through tours, Q&A panels, and shadowing opportunities with ambassadors.

Outside of work and school, you’ll usually find Carolina anywhere but inside. She loves exploring the KC area, finding random weekend activities, and searching for the city's best matcha. She is always down for a spontaneous adventure!
