GastingerWalker& was invited by a long-standing client, Transwestern, to design a new Tenant Lounge for their building at 200 W. Madison in the heart of the Chicago loop
This high-profile building attracts a wide variety of professionals from website designers and graphic artists to law firms and insurance companies, as well as the whole spectrum of age groups from college students to retirement. The client’s directive was to create a new tenant lounge with design elements and unique features that no one has ever seen before in the city, using DIRTT as one of the primary construction materials for walls, back painted glass, millwork, live planting walls and embedded TV’s and A/V.
