Lee’s Summit, Missouri | 80,000 SF | Master Plan/New Building/Tenant Improvements
The design concept for the new two-story building features a central glass-enclosed lobby, central corridors lit by daylight, and large flexible spaces with open stairs. The facility houses the Traffic Operations Center for highways within the Kansas City Metropolitan area.
ARMY NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY
Harrisonville, Missouri | 40,000 SF | Master Plan/New Building
The facilities included abundant natural daylight, numerous energy conserving features and materials selected to reduce ongoing maintenance expenses. The design was driven by the need to enhance recruitment, and this location was one of six new National Guard Armories designed across Missouri and Illinois.
HARRY S TRUMAN STATE OFFICE BUILDING
Jefferson City, Missouri | 860,000 SF | Renovation
The project included replacement of the existing roofing and flashing systems, incorporating many energy conserving features. Several of the existing limestone exterior wall panels were removed, replaced and repaired including a structural anchoring system.
KANSAS CITY STATE OFFICE BUILDING
Kansas City, Missouri | 160,000 SF | Tenant Improvements/Furnishing Selection
Originally constructed in 1962, improvements included lighting, floor replacement, wall and ceiling finishes, and new open office furnishing systems to improve the workplace environment and staff productivity.
